Dnia 17 grudnia miała miejsce premiera debiutanckiego albumu I Refuse noszącego tytuł Her Tear. I Refuse pochodzi z Iłży i obraca się w rejonach death/grind/hardcore metalu. Płytę nagrano w składzie: Czarny – perkusja, Damian 'Killer’ – bass, Wujo – gitara/wokal. Obok pięciu nowych kompozycji na płycie znalazły się cztery odświeżone z materiałów demo.
