Zespół Wake zaprezentował w całości do odsłuchu nową płytę Throught Form Descent. Wydawnictwo ukazało się 22 lipca. Krążek został wydany pod szyldem wytwórni Metal Blade Records. Za produkcję, miksy oraz mastering odpowiada Dave Otero.
Wcześniej kapela wypuściła teledysk do utworu Swallow The Light. Video wyreżyserował Michael Jari Davidson.
